As many of you know, I was lucky enough to be selected for the 2016 Go Red Challenge.  My focus during the past 12 weeks has been to make lifestyle changes that will improve my health. But I also wanted to be a better example to my fellow firefighters since sudden cardiac death is the number one cause of Line of Duty Deaths for all firefighters. Please help me raise money for the Green Bay Go Red For Women.
