I'm raising money for the Green Bay Heart Ball because on April 11, 2009 I was a daughter, student, dancer, sister, and then I added another title: stroke survivor. 

This April marks my 7 year anniversary. While I feel great, I know that having 2 strokes with the cause unknown means there is still work to be done. 

I need more answers to prevent future strokes, and the money that the American Heart Association raises funds research that could save my life. 

Since having a stroke I've also realized this: I am stronger than ever. I just ran my first half-marathon relay style with my mom, a fellow heart disease survivor. 

I'm not ready to stop achieving my goals. Will you help me reach my goal to raise $1,000?
